Long commutes, being attached to the desk or endless watching of shows can lead to a very slow-down of the internal functions of the body.
The flow of blood becomes weak, the burning of calories is done very slowly, and the muscles become weak due to lack of use.
Stillness in this case is even worse as it leads to the production of inflammation which penetrates the organs.
But the thing is that even if you put in a lot of effort at the gym, the damage caused by sitting for a long time doesn’t get fully reversed.
