Really, your brain can adjust and sleep through the noise, but your body still suffers.

Constant noise leads to the production of stress hormones, can change the quality of sleep and raise the level of inflammation in the body, although all these processes are quiet, they are taking away your lifespan.

Perhaps, you won’t feel the loudness of life until it is over—but at that point, the harm can be already irreversible.
