Although the federal government has stopped its new stimulus programs, some state officials are secretly giving out state-funded relief checks that go up to $725 on first demand.
Unlike a national stimulus plan, the latest round of financial assistance is the result of decisions made locally. State governments have smartly decided to give the tide of high taxes back to the citizens who, in the light of the price hike, can now afford life in their homes more easily.
Why are these payments being mailed now?
