The launch of the Andor second season marks the beginning of the end for our protagonist, who changed from a helpless survivor to an inspiring figure for the rebellion. Final season to be released through four time-jumping arcs?
Season 2 is to have 12 episodes released in four lots of 3 episodes. One lot representing one year, the series would then span four years with the last year of that period leading directly to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The show has this time-lapsed structure to show the transformation of Cassian with the rebellion getting more massive every day.
The whole set of 3 episodes will be available from the 22nd of April at 6 p.m. PT / 9 p.m. ET. While the concluding set of episodes will air on the 13th of May, 2025.
