So when I just started working out with my new 3-2-1 walking strategy it burns out lot of calories and energies as well. But I thought how I can replace it. In one journal published in US about Greek Yogurt that I added to my breakfast. You can’t believe how it is helping me stay energetic after when I am having this and included on my breakfast.
I have always been struggling with my first meal of the day.
Some morning I completely skipped my breakfast because something that was not working for me.
I rather felt hungry every time in the mid morning and was searching for snack item and in most cases this is the reason why we get tired with that kind of junk snacks we people always have.
Then I added Greek yogurt to my breakfast — and after a few weeks, I started noticing real changes coming in.
It Keeps Me Full Until Lunch
The first thing I noticed? I was not in search of snacks again at all by 10 a.m. or till 11 a.m. As we all know that Greek yogurt is full of high protein, which means it is naturally take longer for your body to digest.
So I am now having a cup of around 15 to 20 grams protein as Greek Yogurt everyday. That is more helpful as my breakfast that cereal or toasts.
I started pairing it with some berries or a spoon of oats, and it held me over until lunchtime — no snacks needed.
I Crave Less Sugar Now
Before that I was very much craved on sweets type of breakfast like pastries, flavored coffee and sugary cereals and as you all know all those are energy killers.
But Greek yogurt has its natural sourly and sweet type of flavor, and once I started eating it with fresh fruit, I didn’t miss the added sugar. So having it I get really satisfied with my cravings in a healthier way.
I was surprised also when I do not have any feeling to have sweets in the afternoon as well. It felt like my body had reset — and I was no longer riding the highs and crashes of too much sugar.
I Feel Lighter (and Less Bloated)
Having this Yogurt I am really getting lighter feeling and less bloated. With this Yogurt I always add a few slices of banana and a sprinkle of chia seeds that works the best with it.
The change I started feeling just after I am having this for a few days. No more heaviness. No more post-breakfast fatigue. Just steady energy.
It’s Helping Me Lose a Few Pounds
I didn’t start eating Greek yogurt just to lose weight, but that’s exactly what’s starting to happen. Because I stay full longer and snack less, I’ve naturally started to cut back on calories without really trying. I also noticed I make better food choices later in the day, probably because I’m not playing catch-up after a weak breakfast.
My clothes fit a bit better, and the scale is slowly moving — in the right direction. All I did was make one smart change first thing in the morning.
It’s Easy to Stick With
Let’s be honest I must say that — the best health changes are the type of food or meal that feel simple. And when it comes to Greek yogurt?
It takes under two minutes to prep. I made it my routine to have it and enjoy it as daily breakfast. Sometimes I add banana and blueberries sometimes.
It feels lighter and great to keep my energy on whole day.
Adding Greek yogurt to my breakfast has been one of the easiest and most helpful changes I’ve made to my daily routine. It’s not just about the protein or the fewer calories — it’s about how it makes me feel. More energized, more satisfied, and more in control of my eating habits.
If you’re looking for a small change with a big impact, give it a try. You might be surprised how something so simple can make your mornings — and your day — a whole lot better.
