What’s the Reason for Such a Settlement?
The lawsuit alleges that Credit Wholesale Co. was making calls representing Wells Fargo Bank N.A. and Priority Technology Holdings Inc to individuals and businesses across California starting from October 22, 2014, until November 17, 2023.

What Would You Receive?
For a payment of up to $5,000 cash for every qualifying call, the maximum amount could be awarded. This number will increase in case fewer people submit.
According to settlement documents, the base amount per call that is expected is $86. The sum shall rise if less people than originally planned submit their claims.
Pay-outs will be determined by the total number of valid claims submitted before the deadline accоrding to the documents of the settlement. Those who send the correct documentation will receive from the total amount of the Recover Fund $19.5 million.
