For a long time, walking was something I always have been fond of, as it always seemed to have a de-stressing effect on my mind, and I also love the feeling of being outside, and it’s an easy workout on the days when I can’t make it to the gym. Lately, I, however, found that my regularly paced walks weren’t helping me reach my fitness goals.
