I guess all of us here have done the plank. It’s a core workout that people have been doing for years with good reason – it is wonderful for building endurance, stability, and overall strength. Why It’s Harder Than the Plank

I am quite strong in planks and I can usually last for a couple of minutes. But the wall bear hold was not as easy; I couldn’t go beyond 60 seconds in my first attempt. The amount of tension, muscle work, and body position really put the burner on.
