I Couldn’t Believe How Simple It Was

This is actually not a typical hot cake in the fitness world. It’s four sets of 10 seconds on, 10 seconds off, repeated for 10 minutes. That’s all.
I didn’t use a mat. I didn’t need that much space. I had only dumbbells and was full of determination.
It isn’t about how sore it makes you feel — it is about which muscle groups get worked. I was utilizing muscle areas of my core that I didn’t even know I had.

Stand on the Floor
I don’t think I ever sat down. I was up the whole time. That is what can make it efficient. It’s an ideal exercise for someone who tends to be averse to floor workouts or, for one who might have mobility problems.
