The First Move That Left Me Shaking
Here are the three dumbbell moves that totally astounded me:
- Standing Twists – Earlier this year, I did a round and my waist was smaller. A result in my mid-section area that I felt was happening only to the women of the world.
- Overhead Marches – I nearly fell over. That was a clear sign that it was a good efficient exercise from the beginning.
- Weighted Side Bends – The performance was smooth, delicate and excruciatingly good if you like that way.
I was totally soaked in the sweat by the time of the first set. After the second round, I recognized that I was standing tall now.
But the next morning experience was unbelievable.
More Than Just Abs
When I finished the first set, I was already sweating. But after the second round, I had an idea that I was not just exercising — I was also rectifying my still posture for years.
I couldn’t believe my eyes when I looked at my reflection in the mirror the next morning-It was quite a shock for me.
