I Woke Up Feeling Different

I glanced at the mirror and to my surprise found I was taller. My shoulders weren’t rounded, and my back was not in pain.

I did not feel the need to reach for my chair to extend myself for the first time in weeks.

Undoing the Damage

It hit me — I wasn’t only tightening my abs here, I was relieving my body from the long sitting-still endurance. My back was sore-free. I could breathe without problems. It just felt as if a weight was lifted from my shoulders.
