I Didn’t Expect It to Be This Convenient

For the workouts I was doing all I had was two dumbbells. I didn’t spread a mat on the floor or even prepare by moving furniture. I wasn’t even dressed for the gym.
I believe that even in a pair of jeans and being barefoot, I would still have been able to do it.
You don’t need more than 5 pounds, which can be increased up to 10, or no weight. The focus should be on the move and not the size of the dumbbells.
And this is something interesting that I found out about the next stage of my core training; it made me even question the very definition of core training that I knew.
It Only Takes a Little
Heavy weights are not required. I began with 5-pound dumbbells, and that was sufficient for me to keep my balance and to control myself. The primary thing is to have the motion of the workout and not necessarily the heaviness of the object.
This regimen was like carrying out a revolution in the way I was perceiving core workouts. More importantly, the event that came after that proved that it was about more than just the body.
